 Great little bookshelf for apartment February 15, 2007

This bookshelf is perfect for its price. Fits great our little apartment corner. The material is sturdy and nice simple finish to the black. Product is easy to assemble with wood caps for the screw holes. Only comment I would make is that the front of the shelf on top will have a 1 1/2 inch lip that hangs down thereby decreasing the actual space between shelves just in the front, you would have to tilt magazines or books to pass them by the front lip. Other than that I really like this bookshelf.

Construction is of real wood, very easy to put together and very sturdy. I am very happy with this bookshelf. Highly recommend!

Searched a lot of places before coming across this ladder shelf.
Excellent value and it looks very stylish and clean cut. Went together easily, which is always a plus. I chose the black one and was very impressed with the finish. Highly recommended.
Nice Shelf August 12, 2005

This shelf is really nice and very sturdy. I was able to assemble the piece by myself. I'm using the bottom two shelves for my stereo receiver and CD player and another shelf for my speakers. Definitely a great value for the money!

The packagae arrived in pretty bad shape, should have rejected it. But, opened it up and some of the pieces were broken, but not unsalvagable. I was able to fix them with glue and wood screws. Apart from the shipping, it's a pretty nice bookshelf. But I would check with your local Target and see if they have them in stock instead of having it shipped.
