Eight hook coat hat rack. One of hooks defective. Sent back description to company in California as per instructions. Letter returned. Wrote poor review for Athomemart. Customer service rep called to ask to remove poor review and part will be replaced in two days. Am still waiting for part. Supposedly in the mail but given wrong ups tracking number. This has been going on since February. I feel that I am getting a runaround. S. Friedman

This coat rack is strong and sturdy. I've found it to be very stable. The only thing negative is that it's a little tedious to put together.

I bought this coat rack for my office. I shopped for price and style. My office is contemporary, so the black metal tubing fits right in. I hang one coat on the top rung, and several canvas bags off the lower rungs. I have no problems with it falling over, or being out of balance otherwise. It fits nicely into a corner between a filing cabinet and the wall, making it look like it was designed for the space. Great product overall.

26 years of poking holes in the mantle by my husband so that the kids and grand kids could "hang their stockings by the fireplace" took its toll. after paying $4,000 plus to have it replaced I was NOT about to let a hammer near that oak piece of wood
Instead I purchased this coatrack, let the kids and grandkids decorate it with ribbon and streamers and each has a dedicated holder for their stocking. At the end of the season, we plan to use it to use it as a rack for the pets outdoor weather gear. I really like this item. ::two thumbs up:::
