This wonderful abstract image of Muhammad Ali's face is one of a series of giclee prints done from original oil paintings produced by Dr. Pacheco in the 1970s and 1980s. Dr. Ferdie Pacheco was Muhammad Ali's fight doctor for many years, and he did many inciteful works of the celebratred boxer that he knew so well. This print was printed on high quality art paper and has been stored in a climate controled environment for over 20 years. It has never been in a retail environment, is in excellent condition and has no defects. 1000 copies of this image were produced; 500 signed and numbered by Dr. Pacheco, and 500 plate-signed. This is one of the plate signed. This print is unframed and will be shipped flat. Dr. Ferdie Pacheco specialized in sports medicine and had many celebrities and sports figures as his patients. He also served as a sports comentator on network television. Favorite subjects for his paintings were sports figures and other celebrities he knew and admired.
